We are a team of accounting software and computer specialists who are certified with the software companies we represent as re-sellers and consultants. Kent Accounting Systems, Inc. has been in operation since 1984, has been a Microsoft Dynamics /Great Plains Partner since 1989, and an Intuit ProAdvisor since 2008. We are currently reducing the bookkeeping and IT requirements for many clients by moving their ERP software and data in the "Cloud". Consequently we are able to remotely support our clients without going onsite, keeping their consulting fees down.

Kent Hopkins, has provided financial and tax assistance to businesses since 1969 for corporate, government, and non-profit organizations. He has been an internal auditor and an accounting manager for General Electric Company. He served as the accounting manager for Surtran (the airport ground transportation for the Cities of Dallas and Fort Worth). He is a director and/or controller for several corporations and non-profits in the DFW area. Kent is also the current Vice-President of the Dallas / Fort Worth chapter of Enrolled Agents.
